Blank screen after leads import csv file

Hello,

I have an excel csv file that contains our leads. I divided this file in smaller files of 280 lines each. After 2 files imported when trying to access the leads list with the command / Marketing / Leads (index.php?module=Leads&action=index) I get a blank (white) screen. My questions are :

1) Is there a way to import a csv leads file with 999 lines in it if I cannot modify the php.ini file ? Our web site is on a mutu on OVH. I tryed before with a 500 lines csv file and also got the white screen. Re-installed sugar.

2) Is there a way to repair sugar now so that I can get access to the leads list again with the command / Marketing / Leads

I basically get the same result no matter how big of a file I use and if I use a CSV that I know I have imported successfully before.

Just tried it myself with 6 rows of data. Once I choose the file and click import goes to a blank screen. No error messages, nothing. Going to look at the log file but this is exhausting.

This sounds like a timeout issue. Check your logs for some hints as to what could be the reason.

You may also want to contact your host and ask for their assistance. They should be able to help you.
