Blank Screen in contacts and Leads Detail View

Hello ,

I am using 5.5.0 sugarcrm CE, I have recently upgraded from 5.5.0 to 6.1.0. I am being displayed a blank screen when I select a Lead(detailview) and Contacts(detailview) to be blank. I have Apache 2.2.8, PHP 5.2.6 and Mysql 5.0.51b. Can you kindly help me where the bug is ? I have set the permissions according to specified in the sugarcrm.


Request you to kindly help to get this resolved. I have tried all possible solutions found in forums to get this resolved. Kindly help me out. I have been using sugarcrm since 5 year and I love this product very much.

Hello,
I have added the following in the index.php
ini_set('display_errors',1);
error_reporting(E_ALL);
The following is the error displayed.
Fatal error: Smarty error: [in cache/modules/Contacts/DetailView.tpl line 72]: [plugin] could not load plugin file 'insert.pass.php' (core.load_plugins.php, line 143) in /home/abc/public_html/include/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095



The following is the error displayed in the sugarcrm log file:-

Sat Jun 25 13:23:30 2011 [5342][-none-][FATAL] [LDAP ERROR][49]Invalid credentials
Sat Jun 25 13:23:30 2011 [5342][-none-][FATAL] [LDAP] ATTEMPTING BIND USING BASE DN PARAMS
Sat Jun 25 13:23:30 2011 [5342][-none-][FATAL] [LDAP ERROR][49]Invalid credentials
Sat Jun 25 13:23:30 2011 [5342][-none-][FATAL] SECURITY: User authentication for admin failed

Hello Shiva,

Can you please confirmed that LDAP is proprely configured with correct credentials.
May be it is configuration issue of ldap at httpd.conf and php.ini.
please ensure about all above settings.
