Blank Screen in "Contacts" Main Directory Screen

I've had lots of strange problems with blank screens since doing a fresh install. Reloading sometimes helps. One persistent problem that I'm having now with a blank screen is within the Contacts menu. I can do a search for specific contacts if I am starting the search with a subset of the entire database. But if I start with a full listing of all contacts in the database the application presents a blank screen. It occurs for all users and in all my browsers. I have about 200 contacts and 1500 accounts.

This happened just after I copied in another 25 contacts from an Excel comma delimited file. Any help would be most appreciated...

Yes, I've tried it with 3 browsers (and different login accounts within each). The browsers I tried areIE (7.0.5730.13), Firefox (2.0.0.14), and Opera (ver: 9.27, build: 8841)...

Ok, so it's not browser dependant...
Since you got this issue after importing from a csv, you can check the contacts table in the db. Also, a quick repair and rebuild won't harm.

Thanks, yes I tried that first, and the rebuild. Unfortunately, no positive outcome and no other similar experiences out there. Looks like I'll need to re-install...

Haven't you got any backup to restore?

Yes, I have 1 backup. But it's a recent install, so I might just recreate with the most recent release. I was having some other strange problems before I did the backup and was thinking about re-installing to fix that anyway (on my admin account, I cannot bring up Studio, but it loads on another admin account with admin) . Thanks...
