I created a new module and everything seemed ok. However, the new module shows up in the tabs with a blank name. I can access the module when I use it from the flyout on the end of the tab bar but once it gets activated in the tabs and the only way to get back to it is to click another module in the flyout and then this moves this module up to the tab and the blank module back to the flyout.

I tried removing the module to rebuild it and it successfully deleted from the module builder but it still show up in the studio and other places.

This is in 5.0 CE.
