Default Blocking multiple days from Schedule

I have done several searches, but could not find any guidance on this issue.

If I am attanding a trade show and will be out of office for say, 3 days, is there an easy way to call the "Schdule a Meeting" function so when the graphic bar on the scheduler appears, it shows the time as occupied? Also, any magic to set on meeting that would last a week without having to do a day by day Schedule Meeting?

Scheduling continues to be an issue having to be worked around for me.

    Thanks for any help

There really isn't any good way other than scheduling 3 day long meetings. The Calendar module is scheduled for an upgrade in 5.5 or so I think.
