    (offtopic: damn that's ugly)

Ontopic: Is this happening with all themes?

Yes, it doesn't matter which theme I pick..
and I have tried several flavours of the icon.... PNG, JPG, all conforming to the size requiremen - in case i had corrupted something...

    all fruitless.

at this point, I'd be happy enough to get the default logo back and just cover it with a post-it note!

    Hi,

I think you have to done manually. Go in the THEME folder and replace your company logo with sugarcrm logo. May be it will help full to you.

Enter this address into your browser: http://your.sugar.webaddress/custom/...mpany_logo.png and check whether you see anything. Alternatively do a right click on the (broken) logo and post what the properties say about the location.

I had this same issue, I tried to access the image URL directly as suggested, and got a 404 Forbidden error. So I did another CHMOD 777 on the Custom directory and all subdirectories and it fixed it. Logo is showing up fine now.

I had already done this during installation, not sure if it just didn't work or what. It's worth a shot for anyone else having this issue.
