Question Bounce Handling and Reply emails - Email campaign

    Hi,

I sent a email campaign and used a bounce handling account in from address.

The problem: When someone click in "Reply" button, the e-mail is sent to a "Bounce handling" account and I can't get the message in the Inbox (Inbound email).

I don't want to use another account or the "reply to" field. I want use the same account with a Sugar handling for this emails.

Somebody knows how to do this?

I am using SugarCRM OS 4.5.0,

    Thanks,
    Xinglling

This needs to be stickied. I am encountering the same problem and it has happened to multiple people on these forums since the upgrade to 4.5.1e. I am on version 4.5.1g and it is strangely still not fixed. I am supposed to be sending out a campaign tomorrow and sadly we are having this problem. hopefully I have a back up of our previous database and software somewhere around here.

the only real answer that I have found regarding this problem is that it is related to the blowfish encryption put on email passwords. someone in another thread suggested deleting all references to blowfish in the code by editing the files outputted by this command: grep -r blowfish /path/to/sugarcrm
I do not recommend that. If you do try it. MAKE BACKUPS FIRST!

    SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS!
