I have setup an email account (xx@mycompany.com) to handle bounces, etc. I am finding a problem which I cannot figure out.

After sending emails out via the campaign, only some bounces get recorded within the CRM and some go straight to the mailbox (xx@mycompany.com) which is setup in MS Outlook.

The email account I have setup to handle bounces is setup through MS Exchange. I have setup the account in my MS Outlook to ensure I am not missing any potential useful emails and is setup as a PoP account in the CRM.

Can someone assist?
