bounced email not been tracked

hi all
1>I am sending campaign emails which contains some invalid emails like x1@a.com.

It should be tracked in Bounced Message,Other
but I am not getting any thing in it.

plz help regarding this issue



my second question is can we maintain a mail box where all the cmpaign emails can either out bound or inbound can be stored

Hello,

1. Check under admin-->scheduler and look at 'Run Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails' to see how often the bounced emails are being processed.

You can also log into the mailbox if you have not configured the system to view the emails within Sugar to see if anything bounces. Sometimes it might take a few days for items to bounce.

Also, make sure your bounce box has been properly configured: in the 5x series, we noticed that that 'username' and 'From address' of the bounce box need to match for emails to properly be tracked within the campaign statistics
