Help - I'm a newbie

Looked through the Forum and could not find what I was after

we have installed Sugar CRM 5.5.0 and all is testing fine all emails are tracked but when we test the Bounces / Undeliverable mail nothing is displayed in the Campaigns Screen.

the data base shows that there are two incidents (as expected)

SELECT *
FROM [emails]
where name like '%Undeliverable%'

Using MSSQL express (2005)
Windows 2008 Server
PHP5
IMAP (MS Exchange back end)


the install was done through the stack installed
