When i send campaigns, perfectly good emails gets bounced, when i tried again they get bounced again.
the i go to the contact and delete the contact and recreate him then the email goes through?
any suggestions?

Did you check to see if the contact was opted out? If the contact was opted out, then they would be blocked from receiving the email even if they were in your list. If you delete the contact and then recreate them, this opt out checkbox on the new contact would obviously not be checked.
Also check to see if the email associated with the contact appeared in the campaign more than once. If the system sees more than one of the same email address in the campaign, it will send once, and then block the others (thus, the bounce).
Related to the above, when you deleted and recreated the contact, did you add it to a new email marketing item? In a regular email campaign, the system will only send a campaign email to each email address only once. So if it sees the email address listed more than once, or if you try to send the same email marketing item more than once to the same group of people, it will not resend the same email marketing item to the same group of people and block them (which would show up as bounce). If you added the new contact to a new email marketing item, then it would go through

thanks sugarcane, but all your options would be in suppressed by, not bounced .
i found the problem. its the import function that does not make the mail primary.
