I have seen this problem with v5.0e and 4.5x.
I have sent in the region of 5 campaigns over the weeks and the same batch of email addresses don't get sent and sit in the bounced messages, other queue. Out of the 500 emails addresses, 138 sit in this partulcar bounced messages queue. Granted some of these do not have an email address against them and that is probably why. But the vast majority have a valid email address and so I don't understand why they are bouncing.
Can anyone assist?
My bounce email address is setup to handle bounces and is an IMAP account.
