Hi, I have a campaign where emails were being sent out to about 800 people. A large number of them didn't go out automatically for some reason and were in the email management queue. So, through a number of iterations, I set the flag to "not processed" and kept attempting to resend them until they were all sent.
However, about 500 of them have a status of "BOUNCED MESSAGES,OTHER". Just to be clear, it's not "BOUNCED MESSAGES,INVALID EMAIL", it's "BOUNCED MESSAGES,OTHER". Needless to say, I never got delivery failure messages for these, but I'm wondering what causes messages to be put in this status? Is it related to the fact that send attempts were made several times using the email management queue in the Admin panel?
Part two of the question is how do I reset the status and attempt to send these again? Do I have to reimport these as targets and send them as part of a separate campaign?
