this is the error - Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it



i get this when closing a task by clicking on the x for close, but not when i go into the task and press edit, then close via dropdown and press save.

the same goes for meetings.

when i schedule a meeting without a reminder it works 100% but when i put a reminder on i get Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it.

please help
