The issue is that the breadcrumbs will only display a single item, such as a contact and once that contact is listed it will not change no matter what other contacts you visit.

To correct this issue I have used the Quick Repair and Rebuild and also went into the database through PHPMyAdmin and run a repair on the tracker table. Neither of which have done anything. I used Installatron install this and haven't made any modifications to any config or other files in the system.
