breakdown insideview

hi,the account detailview has increased a insideviw ,but I don't want to show it.

how could I missing it?

1. Administration -> Connector Settings -> Enable Connectors
2. Click the InsideView tab
3. Drag the modules from the Enabled list to the Disabled list
4. Save

You should immediately see the results after that.

But this only works, under this conditions:

1. You run a native en_US version of SugarCRM and
2. You started with a SugarCRM Version, which already has Insideview implemented.

In the case, that you run a SugarCRM version, with another language pack and you upgrade from a non-Insideview implemented version to a current version of SugarCRM, this won't work at all.

Then you will have to open this file:

custom/modules/Connectors/metadata/display_config.php and rename the module names, which are in your local language to the english names (Contacto you have to rename to Contacts etc.) .

After doing this for all Modules, you can disable Insideview in all modules.

Spent several hours to figure out, and finally found a thread here very helpful on this issue.

Which version are you seeing this issue on?

On the latest release 6.4.2, I was able to disable the InsideView connector on both non-English version and upgraded instance.
