broken link in mail

Hello! I'm trying this crm...but

I have this problem ... When the system sends invitations auto, for assigning tasks or opportunity or other stuff I get the link that is broken in my mail and unclickable of course like : ": / / www.dominio.it....etc ..." without the "http://" suffiss!?

Where can I take action to amend and correct the problem! for the broken link?

I also noticed that Admin-mail configuration, even if I put the mail in UTF-8 the emphasis for the Italian language is still wrong "address ... etc" emphasis remain wrong on the phrase like: "Puoi vedere questa Opportunità all´indirizzo:
<://www... etc.." it's very lol

Also if you change from sending mail text or HTML formatted mail is always the same way ... there is something that goes in short paragraphs ...

Someone has already encountered this problem!? And there is the possibility to send, only the mail in english language!?
