Broken Subpanel in Campaign/TrackDetailView

Hello

Couple days ago I found an error message in module Campaign action TrackDetailView when viewing Campaign status where it shows

Warning: aSubPanel::require(modules//subpanels/.php) [function.aSubPanel-require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/business/include/SubPanel/SubPanelDefinitions.php on line 66

It appears only when I click on View Status for particular Campaign.
Looking deeper into the code It looks like that the variable $instance_properties does not get info class aSubPanel
I have another instance of SugarCRM and that one works fine.
Has anyone faced this problem?

I am having the exact same problem. Here are the code snippets the error points to:

Sugar version: 4.5.1g / Sugar DB version: 4.5.1 / Sugar flavor: OS
PHP Version 4.4.4-8
MySQL Version: 5.0.30
