Greetings:

Recently installed SugarCRM in two locations with generally good results, including the ability to customize its uses (one law firm another non-profit organization). Both offices would like to use Sugar primarily, if not exclusively, for their office needs. Here is the issue:

We need to be able to open and edit documents from inside of Sugar, even remotely. That means the lawyers working from home and the road must be able to access their legal files from the Sugar web interface, open the documents and edit them from inside of Sugar.

Right now, they have to create the documents separately, then put them in a file and then connect them to Sugar. When they are off site, they even have to upload the files to the server, a whole new process which is too much for the non tech savvy lawyers, but also an inefficient use of time.

For legal reasons, we must host the info and cannot use Google Docs. Any ideas?
