Bug connected with saving of records with empty required field or other validation.

•select any module, for example Contacts
•select "Cases" or "Direct reports" subpanel
•click create button
•click cancel button
•click again create and save (the required fields are empty)
•appears a message “missing required fields”
•click save once or twice
After that action the system try to saves the record with missing required field and mysql query fails or shows white screen.
The same bugs also appear in custom modules. We suppose that the bug appears because the javascript fails and necessary validation from Sugar is not held.
