Default BUG: Dates saving as 12/31/1969

I've already submitted this issue to the bug tracker but I'll post here if anyone has a solution.

OK I seem to be having a problem with an upgrade that I completed about two weeks ago.

I tried to do a search for similar problems but I've come up with no solutions.

As of now, the users of Sugar are having problems with the inbound e-mails coming in with a date of 12/31/1969. Also, with the new Create Task, Schedule Call and Schedule Meeting Subpanels in 4.5, if the format is not exact, it also gives the date of 12/31/1969.

The date format is currently set to:

    MM/DD/YYYY

And the time format set to:

    11:00PM

I had to edit 1 of the templates just to be able to type in AM or PM. It seems as though in the template, the max length was set to 5.

    Another issue

The meridan is case sensitive, so if I were to type in 11:00pm and my format uses PM (and vice versa), I get a date of 12/31/1969.

I just need a fix for this issue or some sort of a solution if it isn't a bug.

There are bugs filed on this issue. I have a similar problem in Contacts and creating a meeting.

We've experienced the same thing, but if you click the 'Full Form" button, and enter it there, you won't have that problem

Seems to be somehting with the in-page form.
