I have just installed and setup Open SugarCRM Version 4.5.1e (Build 1049). All users should receive email notifications when a new item is assigned to them. I can assign a bug to a user and the email notification is sent. The problem is the bug ID: is blank. Is there a setting that I am missing. Here is an example email.
Administrator has assigned a Ticket to Staff User.

Type:
Priority: Urgent
Status: Assigned
