Bug or not? Address dropped in forwarded email

Hi Forum,
Not sure if this is a bug. It looks like one maybe but I haven't checked properly. So just asking if someone knows something, maybe something that can be set somewhere.

When I receive a forwarded email, it can look like this:

Note that the email address is dropped, so if I get this email passed on to me and need to reply, I can't. Currently we are not deleting emails off our mailserver so I can go back there and look. But if we start deleting them as we plan to, then the email address is lost for good. Bit of a problem, I do get many emails passed on to me for sorting out.

I assume it is because of the brackets, <>, but this is standard so just about every email will have this. Any clue out there, or is it indeed a bug? SugarCRM 5.2.

Are you importing with the Outlook plugin? We have the same issue with Outlook plugin and Exchange.

We have the same issue with the Sugar Email Client. Seems that the email address gets dropped if it's in brackets - this happens in the header of the message as well as in the message itself.
