Can anyone tell me if the CE version of Bug Tracker supports all or any of the following features:

1. CVS/Subversion integration
2. Email on creation/modification of bugs (not just assignment)
3. Force commenting on modification and/or closing of bugs
4. Email notification when bug has not been updated/closed after X number of days
5. Bugj dependencies to related bugs

1. CVS/Subversion integration

No, you would need to build the integration.

2. Email on creation/modification of bugs (not just assignment)

Not out of the box, but you should be able to do it through some upgrade safe customizations (i.e. logic hooks)

3. Force commenting on modification and/or closing of bugs

Depends on your exact workflow, but it is possible to make required fields. That might get you what you want.

4. Email notification when bug has not been updated/closed after X number of days

No, the Community Edition does not include a workflow engine. You would have to duplicate that work with custom code. You might also want to check out www.sugarforge.org. If I remember correctly, someone put out a workflow engine for CE, but I am not familiar with its capabilities.

5. Bugj dependencies to related bugs

Don't believe so, but you might be able to use a linked Case to mimic the behavior to some extent.
