been using sugarcrm now for too longer than i care to admit!

we'd love to use bug tracker, but at the moment it just seems far too basic. Does anyone actually use it? There doesnt appear to have been any changes to it for some time either,

The main issues are with the studio. I tried to add the created_by field, which worked, but appeared on the page as a checkobx. eh? surely this is a user dropdown!

Also assigned to user isnt a dropdown field...

finally on a list view, last_modified_by does display a user id, but thats useless, surely it should lookup that id to the user table and display the name or worst case the username?

also there seems to be little history...

Hope these issues can be addressed
