Hello to all

i have installed sugarCRM Version 4.2.1a on Fedora Core 5

my question is:

how can i configure that everytime someone opens a new bug. it sends an e mail out?
mails are woking no problem i can send mails.

it should send an e mail to a group so i created a user group. but how do i add users to that group? (reports to?)

Which Sugar flavour are you using i.e. OS, PRO? With the OS version I don't think you request can be achieved. With the PRO version, you can probably use the workflow function to send an email when creating a bug.
