Business Card

Could someone please give me some good examples on how to add custom fields that are already created in Contacts using Studio to the "Enter Business Card" form. I have found the files in \sugarcrm\modules\Contacts but they are a bit daunting. My coding experience is fair so once I get an idea how things work I should be able to figure it out. Any info would be appreciated. I am having trouble figuring out how the php and html files relate to each other.

i would also like to customize the enter business card form. could someone please give us a place to start?
