Business logic for leads contacts accounts

Hi,

I would require your suggestions, pls. help.

I'm aware of general business logic of leads process ( leads > contacts > accounts) in various other CRMs.

My issue is: I've more than 5 leads (contact persons) from a single company, when I tried to import these leads they are showing separately. i.e. all the 5 leads are showing. I wanted to assign all these 5 leads under 1 company only.

MY BUSINESS MODEL
Pls. note that i'n more than 6k fresh leads and I want to assign these leads to my cold calling team and once they speak to them and qualify they'll have to assign it to my Sales Managers.

You need to add into import file the field account_id, which needs to be filled with the account id related to these leads.
Then import the file.
