Bypassing Login Trouble... Help!!

I have had success using the following code for bypassing the Sugar login screen:

index.php?action=Authenticate&module=Users&user_na me=madmat&user_password=12345

However, I get the following error for one of my clients:

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/1.3.41 Server at manyoneteam.com Port 80

Is this server specific?? Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!

The client's password has some characters in it that screw up the url. Probably an &, =, or something like that. I hope you're aware of the security risks with passing authentication through a url. At the very least use ssl when doing this.
