I successfully migrated my site using a c-Panel to c-Panel transfer. All of my applications transferred successfully except SugarCRM.

The database moved. The folder and files moved.

When I go to login at the CRM index page, the index page shows normally. Once I put in one of our user names and passwords, the system acts like it is logging in but the next page never shows, just a blank white page. I get the following URL:

http://www.mysite.com/sugarcrm/index...login&gmto=360

I have tried editing the config.php file using a new user on the MySQL database but it did not work.

I did a CHMOD to ensure that all of the folders/files are 777 as when installing. No change.

I am running a 4.2.1b SugarCRM.

I am running WHM 11.23.2 and c-Panel 11.23.6 both of which are probably newer than the previous server to which I do not have access.

The new server may be running newer versions of everything than the previous server but I no longer have access to the old server.

How do I get access back to my SugarCRM application?

Can I export the database and import into a new installation of SugarCRM?
