I recently switched over from the other CRM solution (I wont mention a name but its built albeit poorly from sugar code and its an animal name).
I love Sugar CE, but I have a question... How can I integrate the calendar (adding an event entry) with the cases?
For instance, a technician opens a new case, the event scheduling dropdowns (for date and time) appear on the same page so that from one screen you can create a case, a calendar entry, and have them reference one another...
Possibly this is covered elsewhere, but I cannot seem to find it.
