Calendar Corruption for Single User???

Greetings,

I am using Sugar 5.0.0g

I am having an issue with scheduling calls for a single user (as far as I can tell). If I open a lead and click on "schedule a call" and choose the "full form", a calendar comes up with times blocked out in blue where there is already a call scheduled. Problem is, some of the calls that have been previously scheduled are not showing up and making it seem as if the user is open at that time when they are not. If I goto the shared calendar section, I can see the call scheduled there, however, when I try to "Schedule a Call" the time is not blocked out.

Thus far in testing, it has only been this one user, however, I cannot say for sure that it is not affecting other users also.

Any thoughts? I could not find anything in the forums realted to this.

Try to reset user preferences for this user.

Thanks for the suggestion, however, it did not work. Additionally, we realized this is occurring for other users also.

Any other ideas?

I did some additional testing today and I was able to reproduce it. The odd thing, however, is it is not consistent. I was able to recreate the issue today once, but then it started to work correctly again. The intermittant nature of this problem makes no sense to me.
