Calendar problem

Hello!
I have a simple question: Is it possible to provided a date for another user, without which the creator sees this date thereafter still in the own calendar?

Classical example: My secretary is to register a call to me. For my secretary this entry is no longer relevant thereafter and does not have to appear also more in its calendar.

Is that possible?

She can assign the record to your user name. That should do the trick.
