Default Calendar problems after upgrade to 6.1.4

I upgraded to SugarCE 6.1.4 from 6.1.0 and since then we are having calendar problems.

    • Sometimes people's calendars display their meetings/calls etc and sometimes they are completely blank.
    • The shared calendar is at times completely empty.
    • Occasionally when someone creates a meeting for someone else the meeting notification is received by the other person but the event never shows up in the calendar

Has anyone else experienced similar problems? Is there a fix for this behaviour?

    Platform:
    Centos 5.3
    PHP 5.2.13
    MySQL 5.0.91
    Apache 2.2.15

what happens for us is we pull up month view and it only shows from the 23rd on everything else if blank. Then we click next month and then click previous month and it all reappears.

Similar problems here... I narrowed it down to the initial view of the month view in the calendar only showing events going forward, and going back up to 7 days in the past BASED ON THE PREVIOUSLY SELECTED DATE. As pointed out, you can go forward one month, then back and you'll see them all. You can also pick any new date on the month view, see your events in the day view, and then come back to the month view and you'll see events going forward from your previously selected date and the previous 7 days. I'm pretty sure this is a bug.

Default Blank Calendar also in 6.4.2 Re: Calendar problems after upgrade to 6.1.4

I'm running 6.4.2 and I also experience blank Calendar(s) although not for all users.

I can't find why this is even when I go into the debug log. There are LOTS of data when the page is loading, but I can't tell where it goes wrong. What should I look for?

Hi, as i said in another post treating the same thing, i have had the same problem for weeks. It is possible to upgrade to a recent version of SugarCRM in order to solve the problem but i couldn't upgrade Sugarcrm beacause i have running some modules (Calendar2 and AlineaSol Reports) wich still are not compatible with the las versions of the CRM. So i'm caught in the versions 6.2.x-6.3.x wich have this calendar bug.

After a couple of months, my solution was to pay 30€ to an expert (his email is netodig@netosoft-project-group.com) and he solved the problem in a few hours

Here you can find the calendar bug in the SUgarCRM bugs tracker: http://www.sugarcrm.com/support/bugs.html?task=search
Seach for keyword "calendar" and Found In Release: "6.2.4"

    Cheers.
