I have the outlook sync function installed on my machine and I am able to sync my sugar meetings and calls to my outlook 2007 calendar however how is it possible that meetings that are not linked to a lead or and account in sugar can also be synced and displayed in the sugar calendar?
this would save loads of time for our telemarketers if they can see our sales teams other appointments booked in sugar.
