Calendaring and Billing

We currently use WebCalendar (PHP/MySQL Open SOurce solution) to schedule consulting time on clients sites. It's good for scheduling but has no feedback/reporting capabilities which are needed for billing purposes.

Can anyone suggest which parts of the open source Sugar (4.2.0d) we should be looking at that might give us a solution in this space?
