Call already displaying on home page

Hi,

I have a small problem which I don't know if it's a bug or something I don't understand. I added a cal linked to a contact. The call as already been held so in the status, I selectd Inbound, Held However, the call appears in my Home tab just like it is planned, but not done, and late ! :-)

If I click to view the call, it says the call as been held. But if I edit it, the status says Inbound, planned... Here is an image explaining everything :


Any help would be appreciated !

Have you tried saving it as "Inbound -- Not Held", then changing it back to "Inbound -- Held" to see if it resolves the problem?

Yes, I just tried that. And still the call is always on the home page, in red, as it has not been held...

Any help will be greatly appreciated !
