Default Call/Calendar creation problem from remote offices

I'm supporting a SugarCRM CE installation located at a central office. Users at the central office add calls and calendar entries fine. But users at the remote offices can log in and do a quick add, but not a full add for either calls or calendar. One user who goes to the remote offices has it work fine for them in the central office, but not at a remote office, so I don't think it's a user role issue.

I've got OpenVPN running between the offices, and VoIP, file sharing, etc work fine. All the servers are at the central office. Latency is typically < 30ms and < 80ms at the slowest.

I thought this was a version issue, but upgraded from v5.1 to v6.0 (which is great, btw) but this one problem remains.

About the only thing I've found from searching is that the quick add is suppose to be just a lighter weight interface to the same code. So is there anything time wise? Or is there anything I need to do to enable the remote subnets?

Oh, they use Firefox for the browser. But the behavior is the same with Chrome.

    Thanks,

    Barry
