Sugar 5.0:
When scheduling a new call I find that I have to change a lot of fields that I think could be set to better defaults. For example, shouldn't calls that you're scheduling be set to Outbound by default? Also, a major complaint I have is the lack of a phone number field. It's insane to me that the call scheduler doesn't include a phone number field! Am I missing something here?
