I notice that when trying to schedule a new Call for a Contact, the template I'm given defaults to showing one relationship only, to an Account.

Although I can change this using the dropdown so that the Call is related (as it should be) to a Contact, it irritates me that Contact is not selected by default and that after selecting Contact manually, I have to do a search and the field is not pre-populated. Also I can only schedule the Call here to a Contact or an Account and not to both.

The situation seems different when trying to schedule a Task. The task editing/creation template is much better and automatically associates the Task with both the Contact and the Account to which that Contact belongs.

Would I be right in saying that I can change how Call scheduling behaves by establishing a relationship between Contacts and Calls (one-to-many) in Studio?

I see that this relationship is already established with Contacts to Tasks - is this why the Tasks editing/creating template behaves as it does?
