Call Pattern Report

Good afternoon all,

I have an interesting project given to me however I have no idea how to approach it.

What I need is a call pattern report that will be displayed as a dashlet. It will look something like this:


Company________________Week1____________Week2_____ _________Week3____________Week4


Account1------------------------------------------------------------X-----------------------------------X--------------------------------

Account2-------------------------------X----------------------------------------------------------------X--------------------------------X--

What the above chart tells me is the Account1 has been called on the second and third week of the month while Account2 has been called on the first, third and fourth week of the month. This will give my client vital information that they need to determine which accounts are more Cost Effective.

1. Create a DashLet;
2. Create the layout;
3. Create the query that will render the layout;

wait for the new ZuckerReports release (two weeks), it will do exactly what you want: take your query and display the result in a dashlet
