Call reminder doesn't work

Has anyone else had the problem where you set a reminder and it doesn't seem to do anything?

I've set it for a 1 minute prior and I never get a noise or a pop-up window. What's supposed to happen?

Actually, it doesn't work because when I create a task/call/meeting using the subpanel view, the assign_user_id won't save !

Does anybody has the same problem ?

Yes I do, I've been trying to set up reminders / alerts for weeks now and still havent succeed. Check the PC time issue, reminder box is ticked I have no idea what else to do. Any ideas why this is wont work ?

you need to make changes in jsalerts.php , which is in /include/javascript/jsalerts.php
