Call Scheduling - Missing Subpanel
We have the latest stable version of Sugar and all patches applied. As our team expands and we start to apply CRM disciplines more firmly into our processes we have decided to use Call Scheduling with customers/contacts in addition to leaving voicemails. The meetings scheduling is working OK (just wish it would autosync with Exchange) but on Calls the subpanel for checking free/busy and adding contacts/users is missing except for the title. As we haven't really made use of it before we can't remember if it has recently gone walkabout (like our convert lead button did) or has always been empty.
We have trawled through the previous instances in this forum and checked all the solutions, none are relevant. We don't really tinker with the code much at all. We did, thanks to the community, fix the date problem with scheduling calls which suggested the call should be in 1970 in the message but where it is OK on the screen.
Has anyone else had this problem and if they did how did you overcome it?
Wouldn't it make more sense for the system to have a single scheduling module which let you chose the type of activity. This would be fewer mouse clicks if, for example you close out your call and then want to schedule a meeting which was arranged as a result of the call, or schedule a to-do etc.
but hopeful.
