Calls Completed but have disappeared from History

Hi All

I have added a new entry into the status box for the call activity [HELD, NOT HELD, PLANNED] and added Contacted.

I thought all was well until the completed activity failed to show in the History list....however it shows in the Summary

Could someone tell me what I have done wrong, or if its something to do which limitations on the History tab, or I need to add the additional status, where do I add it, I tried to search for it in the Studio but couldnt find any reference to history?

There is much additional business logic bound into this particular dropdown that makes it less than straightforward to modify it without also changing the sugarcrm code.

FWIW, I would look to another way of achieving what it is you seek to do....add another drop down into the calls module called "call outcome" may be a method
