Hi, I posted the following questions before and got no response.
Now, I will try it again with all of details that I could possibly provide.
Yes, I did search on the forum and find no answer for them.
SYSTEM INFO.
Sugar Version 4.2.1 and 4.5.0c (Build 1155) <== First, I tried 4.2.1 (Open Source Stack – w/ PHP, MySQL, Apache); then, uninstall 4.2.1 and install 4.5.0c (Open Source Stack – w/ PHP, MySQL, Apache). Both give the same things.
Edition: Open Source
OS: Windows XP Professional Ver. 2002 w/ Service Pack 2
PHP: the version that come with Sugar Open Source 4.2.1 Stack and 4.5.0c Stack
DB: MySQL that come with Sugar Open Source 4.2.1 Stack and 4.5.0c Stack
Web Server: Apache that come with Sugar Open Source 4.2.1 Stack and 4.5.0c Stack
WebBrowser: MS IE 6.0.2900.2180….. SP2
Issue 1: ‘Schedule Call’ data does not show up in MySQL ‘calls’ table
1) login => Calendar tab
2) click ‘Schedule Call’ on the left => enter ‘Subject’ = AAAAAA, ‘Description’ = BBBBBB => click ‘Save’
3) Access MySQL (I use Eclipse 3.2.0 with SQL Explorer Plugin) => goto ‘sugarcrm’ => ‘Tables’ => ‘calls’
4) There is no data about AAAAAA on name and BBBBBB on description column; however, MySQL data will be updated if edit the existing ‘Calls’.
Issue 2: Unable to print using ‘print’ link from SugarCRM page
1) login => ‘Calendar’ tab
2) click ‘print’ on the right => the preview page will appear => click ‘print’ on the right again => nothing
3) Note: however, if I use MS IE print command (File => print), then it will print.
There are also several minor issues that I think I will ignore it but the above two seems to be the most relevant issues that stop me from using SugarCRM.
Please advice.
