I have a lead - we'll call it "X" that was input and a call was scheduled. Upon logging in and going to "Activities" > "Calls" i can see the pending call for "X", and I click on the lead, make the call, and change the status to "held" while creating a new call scheduled for months down the road as a follow-up. When I go back to "Activities" > "Calls", the call that i just made and indicated as "held" still shows as pending (red). Any idea what I am doing wrong?
