Thread: Calls "Held" Still Showing as Pending

    Question Calls "Held" Still Showing as Pending

    I have a lead - we'll call it "X" that was input and a call was scheduled. Upon logging in and going to "Activities" > "Calls" i can see the pending call for "X", and I click on the lead, make the call, and change the status to "held" while creating a new call scheduled for months down the road as a follow-up. When I go back to "Activities" > "Calls", the call that i just made and indicated as "held" still shows as pending (red). Any idea what I am doing wrong?

    Did you ever figure this one out? I'm running into the same issue.

    I also have the issue where any changes I make to a scheduled call don't get saved.

    Enable debug logging and then check the sugarcrm.log file for clues.

    The inability to save these type of changes is usually the result of an erroneous SQL query and usually appears in the log file.

    This is usually the result of custom fields being added/removed to the module in question. If you haven't already tried the rebuild/repair option in the Admin control panel, you should try that as well.

    I'll have to remember to try that whenever I get an error message or something simply doesn't work.

    Which version do you use?
    I remember this problem but in my current version I cannot reproduce it.

    I'm using 5.5.4 When I repaired the database, the problem was fixed

    Guten Tag Harald!

    I upgraded to CE 6 after the problem was fixed in 5.5.4.

    Now it appears to be back. I've repaired the database several times, made no modifications to the calls module and have no sql errors in the log file.

    Any ideas?

    ARGGHHHHH ... Having the same problem. I do have custom fields added for the "reschedule module". Doing a quick repair fixes the problem but it continues happening. ... anyone have any ideas?

    Upgraded to 6.0 and I'm still having issues. The call still shows up as "held" and all of my notes in the description field are gone. I have NO idea what to look for in the sugarcrm.log file after putting the log on debug. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
