Calls Update Problem Sugar OS 5B

I have one user who gets a white screen after a long pause once he tries to update a call, the update seems to work but the white screen appears. I have check the log, nothing seems to pop out that is wrong. Working on Sugar OS 5B in a PHP MySQL system. Any help would be good Thanks Garry

Is the URL exactly the same as before the upgrade? Sometimes this gets changed but people forget to update the URL in the config.php file and some functions in Sugar are broken when there is an incorrect URL specified in this file.
