Campaign to Accounts

Is it possible to Campaign to the accounts?
when i am trying to do a Campaign i only see leads.

The Campaign module works to only send a Campaign to Prospects/Leads/Contacts/Users.
It could be possible to campaign an account but you should need to modify a lot the system making it non upgradeable.

how would i do something like that?
all we really need to campaign to is the email address for the account.

What we have in place is each customer (Account) has a field under them called type.
and we want to campaign by that customer (Account) type.

for instanstance
We want to send out the flu vaccine special for all of the General Practice DR offices.

Is this something that is easy to do.

I believe each General Practice DR offices (Accounts) have contacts assigned, so you could send the Campaigns to the contacts, one contact for each General Practice DR offices.

Yes that is what we would like to happen.

We have many Prac types including the General Practice so being able to setup many different camaigns pending on what pract type they are would be right what we are looking for.

We are trying to send a campaign to the contacts under the accounts OR send it to the email listed for an Account.
