Campaign with dynamic content

Hi all,

I'm testing Sugar CRM in version 5.1 and it looks to conver all the needs that Sale's dept needs.

I have only one question about the possibility to generate in a dynamic way the content of an email :

I succeed to create an email campaign with a target list corresponding to contacts/clients who should receive an Christmas card or a bottle of wine.
So I succeed to launch the campaign and every contact has received an email with such content : "Great, You will receive a Christmas Card" or "Great, You will receive a bottle of wine".

But a would like to complexify a little bit the way of working of this compaign :

I would like that the X-Mas Card Compaign works in the following way :
When I launch the campaign, I would like to send one email to somebody with the list of the targets of the compaign in the body of the mail or in attachment.

And of course, the same for the wine compaign or any other one compaign .

Can somebody help me if this can be done and also how ? With the Community version or the Pro one ? With small development of huge one ?

Can you please clarify? Are you trying to get a list of the names and emails of the people who received an email saying that they were going to get a Christmas card or bottle of wine? If so, you could accomplish this using the Search panel in the modules. Ex: Search the leads module based on the campaign name. You could then export the entire list into a csv, and only include the fields you want to send in the email. You could then copy and paste into the body of an email, or include the csv as an attachment to the email.

With Pro/Ent, you could use the reports module to create a report which lists the names and any other fields of the people who were sent a specific campaign.
