Campaign Email gone at wrong time

We had a campaign email that we wanted to send so in email marketing we set the Start Date & Time to 05/11/2009 11:59 we then changed our minds and reset the Start Date & Time to 31/12/2009 11:59

Much to our surprise at 11:59 today (05/11/2009) the mail was sent.

Once a date & time is set how do I change the scheduled time?

I don't think so

They certainly weren't showing in the queue in admin until it got to the time we had originally scheduled them to go
